1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk9991 website accessible at tk9991.biz and any related mobile interfaces, applications, or services operated by tk9991.
• "tk9991", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tk9991 platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation and management.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk9991 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created and maintained by a Player on the tk9991 platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total value of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and any credited bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all cases. Any translated version provided for convenience shall not override or supersede the English version in the event of any inconsistency.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the tk9991 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The tk9991 platform is strictly for adults. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

4 Account Registration & Verification

To participate in real-money gaming on tk9991, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will keep it up to date.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. tk9991 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any balances held in those Accounts.

Following registration, tk9991 will conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

tk9991 reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in permanent Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. tk9991 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

tk9991 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banking institutions
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer acceptance)

All transactions on the tk9991 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by tk9991 on deposits or withdrawals made via local Bangladeshi payment methods.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction and per-day basis and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. tk9991 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any anonymous payment method.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of a verified withdrawal request, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. tk9991 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

tk9991 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if the Player has not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tk9991 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tk9991 promotional offers include:

• Bonus offers are available to registered Players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple Accounts will be treated as a violation of the single-account rule.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Until the Wagering Requirement is fulfilled, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses on tk9991 is 20x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different Wagering Requirements, which will be clearly displayed in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement within the stated period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Certain game types (including, but not limited to, specific live dealer tables and low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• tk9991 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or via an announcement on the platform.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the tk9991 platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, virtual casino games, and card games such as Deuces Wild:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the tk9991 platform cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where the specific rules of the relevant game or market expressly permit it.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface or betting interface prior to placement of any wager. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or settled bet, the result recorded by the tk9991 platform system shall be treated as definitive, unless tk9991 in its reasonable discretion determines that a technical error has occurred that materially affected the outcome.
• tk9991 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that has been affected by verifiable technical failure, data feed errors, or obvious pricing errors (including odds that are manifestly incorrect). Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake amount.
• For sports betting markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where no official result is declared within a reasonable period following the scheduled conclusion of an event, tk9991 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at tk9991's discretion, particularly in circumstances where the integrity of a live event is uncertain or where live data feeds are disrupted.

Specific rules applying to individual games (including but not limited to cricket betting markets, live roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and Deuces Wild) are published within the respective game sections of the tk9991 platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk9991 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating, maintaining, or using more than one Account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using a stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment method to make deposits.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a family member, for the purpose of placing bets or withdrawing funds.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

tk9991 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and tk9991 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their activity and protect their wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that alert them when they have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without the prior written consent of tk9991.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use any automated data extraction tools (including web scrapers, crawlers, or data mining software) on the platform without prior written authorisation from tk9991.

The tk9991 name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of tk9991. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk9991 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or interruption of service.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit tk9991's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk9991 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate device security measures before accessing the platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

tk9991 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, device identifiers, and usage activity data. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tk9991 operates. Any disputes between you and tk9991 shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before an independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending arbitration.

All times referenced in these Terms & Conditions, in promotional communications, and in dispute resolution correspondence shall be expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
